  • Can I return an item purchased on RAIZ?
    Yes, you can return an item you purchased from if it was received in "Defective", "wrong size" or "Not as Described" state.
  • What is the process of returning an item?
    We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used and the product should be in its original state. Please initiate the return by sending an email to us at Please list the order number in the subject line or send an email from the email address you used for placing the order or list the email address you had used to place the order in the email. We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have added everything that was delivered by us including but not limited to price tags, labels, shipping bags, free samples, cards, envelopes, and any other accessories. On receipt of the product, we'll immediately refund the money you had spent on purchasing our product. We will also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the product back to us.
  • Is there a time limit after which the returns would not be accepted?
    Yes, we are unable to accept returns 10-days after the delivery date.
  • Are there any exceptions?
    Yes, under the following conditions we will find it difficult to process return requests: The return package does not contain everything that was delivered in the order. The product was used or damaged due to misuse or handling at the customer's end.
