Returns and Refunds Policy

Refunds

At Raiz, we take great pride in the quality of our products, which is why refund requests are rare. Refunds are only applicable in the case of order cancellations (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Refund requests related to product issues are handled under the Returns & Exchange policy and must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method.

Cancellation

We partner with third-party logistics providers, so cancellations after dispatch are not possible.

  • Before dispatch: The full amount will be refunded at the earliest, per the terms above.

  • After dispatch: You must receive the product and follow the return procedure to initiate a refund.

Returns and Exchange

We only accept an exchange in case the product received by you is damaged or tampered with during delivery. In case you want an exchange, please contact us with the proof of damaged product and delivery details. We would definitely help you.


We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used, and the product should be in its original state. 

Please initiate the return by sending an email to us at support@raiz.shop. Please list the order number in the subject line or send an email from the email address you used for placing the order, or list the email address you used to place the order in the email.

 

We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm, please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have added everything that was delivered by us, including but not limited to price tags, labels, shipping bags, cards, envelopes, and any other accessories.

On receipt of the product, we'll immediately refund the money you spent on purchasing our product. We will also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the product back to us.
