Returns and Refunds Policy
At Raiz, we are devoted to towards the quality of our products, hence refund requests are extremely unusual.
Refund requests are registered under the terms of returns and exchange as mentioned below, and are only viable within 48hrs of receiving the product. Please follow the returns and exchange policy to initiate a "return on exchange". Refunds are only viable for cancellation of order, as mentioned in Cancellation Policy below. For prepaid orders, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery and collected at home, for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer. Refunds might take 7-10 days to process and credit to your account within 5-7 business days depending on the payment method. For further queries contact our support team.
We use a third-party logistics and delivery partner, so once the order is dispatched it becomes difficult to call it back or to cancel it. If the order is cancelled before dispatching, then the whole amount paid by you will be refunded at the earliest or at the terms mentioned above. In case the order is already dispatched then you have to collect the product and follow the return procedure to initiate the refund.
Returns and Exchange
We only accept an exchange in case the product received by you is damaged or tampered with, during delivery. In case you want an exchange, please contact us with the proof of damaged product and delivery details. We would definitely help you.
We require the product to be in the condition that it was delivered in. It should not have been used and the product should be in its original state.
Please initiate the return by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please list the order number in the subject line or send an email from the email address you used for placing the order or list the email address you had used to place the order in the email.
We will get in touch with you and confirm the order return. Once we confirm please send the product to us at the address we will provide in the confirmation email. Please ensure you have added everything that was delivered by us including but not limited to price tags, labels, shipping bags, cards, envelopes, and any other accessories.
On receipt of the product, we'll immediately refund the money you had spent on purchasing our product. We will also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the product back to us.
