Free Domestic (India) Shipping:

All orders for in-stock items above the “Standard Shipping” are free and no minimum order is required to avail of the free shipping option. However, for “Expedited Shipping” in India, additional charges are incurred according to the product and delivery locations. The same can be selected on the check-out page.

International Shipping :

We ship worldwide, to every single country, using as primary partners BlueDart Express Worldwide and DHL Express. Outside India, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs or any other charge applicable to international shipping. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price. We can provide an approximate delivery time but not an exact guaranteed delivery date as it depends on how efficient is your country’s customs agents. All international shipments are trackable once they are scanned and shipped from our warehouse. The tracking ID will be provided to you once we ship the products.

1. The Express Shipping Orders made before 11:00h IST+5:30 will be fulfilled the same day. Orders made later will be fulfilled the next day.

2. Keep in mind that although we will do everything possible to deliver your order on time, delivery times are estimated. In high demand seasons, logistics operators may delay.

3. Return shipping charges for cancellations or full refunds will be paid by the customers. However, in case of size exchange or return on an exchange, RAIZ and the Buyer will share the shipping fee equally.
